ACCOUNTS EXECUTIVE

Responsibilities Summary:

• To process month end closing of books.
• To prepare monthly accounts MFR, Management Accounts and GCF.
• To ensure inter-company balances and billings are captured and recorded.
• To monitor Company’s cost of sales expenses.
• To generate monthly depreciation reports.
• To monitor approved budget and alert relevant parties on variances between actual against budget.
• To monitor Company’s capital expenditure against budget.
• To prepare cash flow projections and ensure that bank account has sufficient funds.
• To liaise with banks for trade line facilities.
• To liaise with auditors and tax agents for statutory matters.

Minimum Academic Qualification & Experience:

• Bachelors Degree in Accounting
• 1 – 3 years experience in the relevant area.
• Posses a high degree of professionalism, integrity, initiative and self driven
• Good communication and interpersonal skills. Should be able to communicate in Bahasa Melayu
• and English language.


ACCOUNTS CLERK

Responsibilities

• To prepare and key-in payment voucher
• To register all invoices received by F&A department into log book
• To compile and check invoices, D.O and P.O
• To register, prepare and release cheque to suppliers
• Filing all the account documents.

Minimum Academic Qualification & Experience:
• SPM/STPM or Certificate in related disciplines with at least 1-2 years working in relevant working experience
• Computer literate with working knowledge of accounting software, MS Word and Excell
• Able to work independently with minimum supervision.
