• To assist the Senior Engineer / Senior Manager/superior in matters pertaining to the electrical specification, technical requirements and relevant local and international standard.
• Prepare Material Requirement Planning (MRP) and raise plan order (PPP) for all material, equipment and services.
• Monitor department activities and provide adequate resources to meet the objectives.
• To adopt a proper ‘Contract Management’; evaluation of the contract documentation with the customers, ensuring compliance to the contract and monitor the progress of the contract in term of scope of work, schedule, payment, dispute and claims.
• To ensure project/services documents are complete, current and stored appropriately
• To monitor contract terms, pricing and payment schedule, ensuring compliance to the agreements with the vendors / suppliers.
Requirements:
• Bachelor degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Possess a high degree of professionalism, integrity, initiative and self driven.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills. Should be able to communicate in Bahasa Melayu and English language.
• Strong organizing, planning skills with the ability to meet tight deadlines.
